Felt Society

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 September 2026

The short version. We collect only what we need to run a fair multiplayer card game: your nickname and password, optional contact details if you add them, a device identifier and IP address for security and fair play, and your gameplay. The app has no purchases, so we collect no payment or purchase data. It also has no ads, no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, and we do not sell or share your data for advertising. You can delete your account, and the data tied to it, inside the app at any time.

1. Who is responsible

KING BOOKING L.L.C-FZ, [Registered address], is the controller of the personal data described here. Privacy questions and requests: daniel@kingbooking.io.

3. What other players and club hosts can see

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not let third parties track you across apps or websites.

5. International transfers

Your data may be processed outside the country where you live, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission / UK authorities.

6. How long we keep data

7. Deleting your account and data

You can delete your account in the app at any time: Me → My account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate. We erase your nickname, password, e-mail, phone, avatar, referral links, sessions, IP and device logs, private notes, block list, inbox, mission progress and club memberships, and we cancel your Chips and Diamonds. To keep other players’ hand histories and the clubs’ chip records consistent, the hands you played and the ledger entries remain, attached only to a random placeholder such as “deleted_x7Kq2mPa” that no longer identifies you. Step-by-step instructions and an e-mail alternative are on the Delete Account page.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. You can edit your profile in the app and delete your account there; for anything else write to daniel@kingbooking.io. We answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are defined in California law, and we make no automated decisions that produce legal effects for you; automated fair-play alerts are always reviewed by a person before an account is closed.

9. Security

Traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted (TLS). Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Access to production data is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

10. Children

Felt Society is for adults only. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a minor has an account, write to daniel@kingbooking.io and we will close it and delete the data.

11. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
