Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Felt Society account, and the personal data tied to it, at any time. It takes under a minute, it is done entirely inside the app, and it is free.
In the app
- Open Felt Society and sign in.
- Go to Me (bottom-right tab) → My account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Enter your password and confirm. The account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.
Before you delete
• Leave any table you are sitting at and finish any tournament you are playing.
• If you own a club that has other members, transfer the ownership to another member or close the club first (Club → Settings). A club with no other members is closed for you automatically.
• Deletion cannot be undone. Your Chips and Diamonds are virtual items with no cash value; they are free, and they are cancelled with the account.
• Felt Society has no purchases and no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel in the App Store or Google Play.
Without the app (e-mail request)
If you cannot sign in or no longer have the app, e-mail daniel@kingbooking.io with the subject “Delete my account” and include your nickname and player ID (shown on the Me screen, format 1234-5678). Send it from the e-mail address saved on your profile if you added one; otherwise we will ask a couple of questions to confirm the account is yours. We complete verified requests within 30 days, usually within a few days.
What is deleted
- Nickname, password, e-mail address, phone number, avatar and referral links
- All sign-in sessions, and the IP-address and device logs tied to the account
- Club memberships, private notes, block list, inbox messages, mission progress and XP
- Chips and Diamonds balances (cancelled)
What is kept, and for how long
- Hand histories and chip-ledger entries you were part of stay so that other players’ histories and clubs’ records remain correct. They are attached only to a random placeholder (for example “deleted_x7Kq2mPa”) that no longer identifies you.
- Reports you filed or that were filed about you are kept, without your nickname, for as long as needed for safety and legal purposes.
- Backups are overwritten within 30 days.
